Electromagnetic
separators for industrial processing of liquids, slurries &
gases.

Gravity
Flow |
 |
Liquid is fed into
an open bowl at the top and discharged through a centered port
with pipe thread connection at the bottom.
A float valve controls
flow discharge so as to flood the working space and provide uniform,
low velocity flow through the matrix, where magnetic separation
takes place.
A safety valve holds
open when power is on, and closes off the discharge when current
is interrupted.

Underfeed
|
Liquid flows in through
the centered, threaded pipe connection at the bottom, insuring
complete flooding and uniform flow through the matrix, where magnetic
separation takes place.
Discharge of the filtered
liquid is through the spout at the top into an open trough or
receptacle.

Pipeline
|
 |
Fluid enters through
the centered, threaded inlet pipe connection at the bottom, insuring
complete flooding and uniform flow through the matrix, where magnetic
separation takes place.
Discharge is through
the threaded outlet coupling at the outside top, allowing easy
access to the matrix assembly for maintenance.
