F1
Series F1 electromagnetic separators have been the workhorses of the magnetic separation industry for over 65 years. They provide economical and efficient removal of fine ferromagnetic particles under many processing conditions. Magnetic background fields* are approximately 1,000 Gauss.

Series F2 electromagnetic separators provide efficient removal of fine magnetic particles under difficult processing conditions. Magnetic background fields* are approximately 2,500 Gauss.

Series F1E electromagnetic separators provide magnetic background fields* of about 1,500 Gauss, between those of series F1 and F2. Their design also accommodates higher product temperatures. They offer economical solutions for difficult processing conditions. |
Separators are available for higher processing temperatures, higher working pressures, incorporating ASME code stamped pressure vessels, or for use in hazardous environments. Manual or automated systems can be designed to meet processing requirements.
